Stephen Hayes, British FEI Dressage Rider & Coach, Coming to Maine in June!

Brook Ledge Farm is pleased to offer an opportunity for a private lesson with Stephen Hayes June 18th & 19th in Thomaston.

Stephen is welcoming all disciplines to this event including Western Dressage as the goal of dressage is to develop a horse’s flexibility, responsiveness to aids and balance which allows the horse to become stronger and more pleasurable to ride. Each individual lesson will be forty-five (45) minutes. Auditors are welcome to attend.

Stephen has competed at the FEI levels in both Europe and Wellington as well as being a global clinician. His most recent large-scale clinics were held at both Equine Affaires located in Springfield, MA and Ohio, and prior to Covid, he had regular clinics in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Cape Town, Malaysia and other parts of Europe. He has trained extensively with Spanish Team Olympian Beatrice Ferrer-Salut, Team GB rider Vicky Thompson-Winfield as well as many Olympic judges. Stephen enjoys transferring the information he has gained from these professionals to everyone that attends his clinics.

Stephen is based at Perfect Harmony located in New York and Wellington. Brook Ledge Farm sits on seventy-five (75) acres in the scenic mid-coast town of Thomaston. The farm offers both indoor and outdoor arenas, a large riding field as well as an extensive trail system that attendees will have access to on the days of the event.
